N97, disponibile al download l’aggiornamento 12.0.024
Due giorni fa Nokia ha rilasciato un nuovo firmware per il Nokia N97, la versione 12.0.024. Si tratta di un minor update che corregge solo alcuni bugs e aggiunge qualche piccola miglioria. E’ scaricabile solo per i modelli NoBrand via NSU (144,2 MB) e via FOTA.
Sul mio N97 non ho notato grosse migliorie, a parte una più veloce apertura di menu e programmi. Nessuna nuova feature è stata aggiunta.

- Battery indictor showing wrong status (2-3bars) when charging completes
- Firmware over the air (FOTA) setting correction
- User interaction to device while FOTA may cause need for user to power on/off
- Fix for calendar entry lost
- Fix for mail that may get duplicated
- Fix to resolve GPRS access point selection even if WLAN access point is available
- Fix to not to ask user to do new profile while there is already one available
- Fix to display messaging application correctly when theme effect is set to ON
- Fix for Ovi store client may not properly installed if user has a client already installed earlier version

Perdonate la domanda un po scontata, ma io sono al mio primo nokia, ma il firmware del n97 non è uguale a quello del n97 mini?
